FOX 4 LOVE FUND FOR CHILDREN

Description:

The Love Fund for Children provides needed goods and services to children, birth through age 18, through an application process. The Love Fund is only able to work through a referring "youth service professional," such as a case manager, medical care professional, therapist, etc. This "third party professional" must be intimately familiar with the children's situation and needs. This person may contact the Love Fund to request an application, which they must fill out in cooperation with the parents/guardians and submit on the child's behalf. The Love Fund is unable to accept applications from parents/guardians or friends/neighbors of the child in need. The Love Fund does not provide assistance with rent, utilities past due bills or food, but does assist with therapeutic and medical equipment, assistive technology, hygiene items, eye exams, and glasses, and other items that are considered to be "life's essentials."
