Description
Metro Care provides referrals to uninsured adults so they can get access to a primary care doctor or specialty doctor they need by connecting them with medical specialists, laboratories and hospitals willing to donate their time and expertise.

M-F 8:30am-4:30pm

No medical insurance and not eligible for government medical assistance such as Medicare, Medicaid or VA benefits; income guidelines may apply
Eligibility
Uninsured Cass, Clay, Jackson, and Platte County residents aged 18 and older
Fees
There are no fees for approved services; this agency does NOT guarantee that all medical services needed will be available through the program on a donated basis.
Intake Procedure
Patients are typically referred by the primary provider ordering the specialty referral. Metro Care then screens patients for eligibility and refers qualifying patients to a donating specialty provider.
