Offers individualized support to people with varied abilities to promote independence. Individual and group counseling provided by fully licensed clinicians; including general counseling services and support specifically designed for people with IDD and TBI diagnosis.
Services include Supported Employment, Supported Living Services for Adults With Disabilities, Life Skills Education, and General Counseling Services. Additional services include: Partial/community support services for independent living, life skills, and parenting education services for adults with IDD and/or aTBI diagnoses.

Description
Community Support: Part-time individualized service that focuses on increasing skills, promoting independence, maximizing self-determination and increasing participation in the community. Services may include help with budgeting, paying bills, meal planning, cooking, nutrition awareness, medical appointments, maintaining or searching for housing, home management, accessing public transportation, etc. Residential Services: Offers support up to 24 hours a day in a shared home or an individual home. Staff work with individuals to develop a yearly plan with goals and develop outcomes. Assistance may include help monitoring medications, attending doctors appointments, personal care, home making activities, social activities, strategies to compensate for cognitive, behavioral and physical challenges and more.
