Provides door-to-door group transportation for shopping, essential business purposes, senior center visits and employment. Vehicles have lifts that accommodate people who use canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.

In rural areas, OATS' service is open to the general public - In urban areas, service is available to seniors and people with disabilities - Individuals or agencies may also contract with OATS

Intake Procedure
Residents of Camden, Laclede, Miller, Morgan and Pulaski Counties will need to call 833-582-4960 to schedule a ride. - Residents of Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Gasconade, Howard, Maries, Moniteau and Osage Counties will need to call 800-269-6287 to schedule a ride.
