Description
Programs that specialize in the treatment of children and adolescents who are a danger to self or others, have experienced trauma, and may suffer from adjustment problems, behavioral problems, emotional disturbance, personality disorder or mental illness. The programs may help youth troubled with low self-esteem, social isolation, peer pressure, bullying, school performance issues, truancy, anger management issues, family problems, grief and loss, sexual promiscuity, alcohol or drug addiction, eating disorders, oppositional and defiant behaviors, depression and anxiety, suicidal thoughts or other difficulties. Youth will receive individual, group, and family therapy depending on the program.

Description
Residential program provides 24 hour supervision and medication management. Specialties include programs for complex trauma with particularly aggressive symptomatology, a co-occurring mental illness and substance use treatment program and a 6-level substance abuse prevention and treatment continuum.

Description
Crittenton offers an evidence-based, State Certified, Intensive Outpatient Adolescent Substance Use Treatment Program, open to middle school and high school-aged young persons. The program utilizes the Hazelden Teen Matrix Model and Co-occurring Disorders Model of treatment, which address mental health as well as substance abuse issues.
