Description:
Assists individuals and families affected by HIV, poverty, and homelessness through a mix of services that include emergency housing, flexible housing, permanent housing, and assistive living for those unable to live independently. We prevent homelessness through a subsidies program that provides temporary rent assistance, electric service payment assistance, and gas service payment assistance. Services include rent payment assistance, adult residential care homes, semi-independent living residences for adults with disabilities, electric service payment assistance, and gas service payment assistance.

Description
Individuals with HIV but unable to live independently can find housing in Cooper House, our state-licensed, 36-unit residential care facility. Cooper House provides private rooms, 24-hour nursing, social services, meals in a community dining room, and more.
